The best burger on the Las Vegas Strip is something many debate, but one thing is clear – Vegas is more than just a city of gambling, nightlife, and shows. It’s also a foodies paradise. On the Las Vegas Strip, you can find every type of restaurant imaginable.
This includes cheap eats, pizza, breakfast, buffets, and Michelin star restaurants. The city seems to have it all when it comes to food. And, this diversity is what keeps me coming back time and time again.
When it comes to burgers, Vegas does not disappoint. You can’t walk more than a few minutes without passing by a restaurant serving or specializing in burgers. This includes everything from fast food to high-end restaurants with celebrity chefs. And, everything in between. Whether you’re craving a $1 slider or a $100 burger with truffle and foie gras, you can find it here.
But, you don’t need to spend a fortune to have a great burger on the Las Vegas Strip. Unless you want too. And, there is nothing wrong with that. But, if you know where to look, you can find plenty of affordable and delicious burgers.
This is my list of 15 of the best burgers on the Las Vegas Strip.

1 – Gordon Ramsay Burger
The first spot on my list of 15 of the best burgers on the Las Vegas Strip goes to Gordon Ramsay Burger. This celebrity chef restaurant, located at Planet Hollywood, has been popular with tourists for many years.
The menu features eight main burgers and two specialty burgers. This includes the 24 Hour Burger made with braised short rib, white cheddar, bacon, and pickled shallots. And, the Truffle Burger with truffle butter, tremor cheese, bacon, and a fried egg.
One of the most popular items on the menu is the Hell’s Kitchen Burger. This burger comes with asadero cheese, roasted jalapeños, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and jalapeño aioli on a seared and smoky beef patty. The combination of creamy cheese, spicy jalapeños, sweet and smoky tomatoes, and creamy avocado makes this a great burger.
While I wouldn’t say this is the best burger on the strip, for the value, with most burgers under $20, Gordon Ramsay Burger is a great choice.

If you are on Instagram, then odds are you have seen photos of Eggslut, a popular breakfast spot founded in Los Angeles in 2011.
Since starting out as a food truck, Eggslut has expanded to locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, London, Seoul, and Tokyo. At each of these locations, including here inside the Cosmopolitan, you can expect a line. But, the wait is worth it.
Though known for their breakfast, they also serve a Cheeseburger and Double Cheeseburger. Burgers come with ground angus beef, cage-free over medium egg, caramelized onions, bread & butter pickles, cheddar cheese, and dijonaise. And, they use a fresh baked local bun delivered daily.
What makes this burger stand out from the rest is the over medium egg which oozes out over the smoky, salty, seared patty. While simple, the cheeseburger at Eggslut is the most satisfying burger on this list.

3 – Holsteins Shakes and Buns
Located a few feet away from Eggslut is Holsteins Shakes and Buns. Holsteins is popular for its handcrafted burgers, craft beers, and Bam-Boozled Shakes.
The atmosphere here is always laid back but often energetic and boisterous. Adorning the walls of the bright and open restaurant is pop art from local artists. There is also a hard to miss life-size pink cow located near the bar.
The signature burger of Holsteins is The Gold Standard. This burger comes with a fresh ground dry-aged sirloin patty that is salty, smoky, and rich after being seared to perfection.
Topping this burger are thick pieces of melt-in-your-mouth bacon, salty and rich aged goat cheddar cheese, sweet tomato confit, arugula, and a garlicky and creamy aioli. All on a fluffy, airy bun. The Gold Standard burger is one great burger and worth a stop at The Cosmopolitan.

There are so many items on the menu that it would take me a lifetime to try them all. There is something for everyone.
If I’m in the mood for a burger, I go for the Avocado-Chipotle Cheeseburger. The burger, made with fresh avocado, fire-roasted peppers, and chipotle mayo, is never a bad choice. Grand Lux Cafe is also known for their signature chocolate molten cake and beignets.

Other than building your own burger, the only other burger option is The Henry Burger. This delectable gourmet burger is the definition of umami. It comes with a fresh, smoky beef patty topped with bacon jam, cheddar cheese, and special sauce on a brioche bun. And you get a choice of French fries, truffle tots, or side salad.

6 – Village Pub & Cafe
While technically not located on the Las Vegas Strip, I couldn’t make a burger post without including the Village Pub & Cafe. This restaurant, located inside Ellis Island, is popular with locals and in-the-know foodies.
Today, it seems like everyone knows about this place and their affordable menu.
While most come for the Steak & Eggs Special, there is more to their menu. This includes burgers, sandwiches, house specialties, and even Italian food. I enjoy their burgers which use fresh ground Angus beef served on ciabatta, brioche or pretzel bun.
Since this is Vegas, I like to order the Hangover Burger with a half pound patty, bacon, cheddar, fried pickle, fried egg, and mayo. If that wasn’t enough, all burgers come with steak fries or coleslaw.
While this thing is far from healthy, after a night out, this burger hits the spot. Especially the smoky, crispy seared patty. And look at that onion ring. With delicious and affordable food, and open 24 hours a day, Village Pub & Cafe is worth the slight detour from The Strip.

7 – Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is a small burger chain known for its over-the-top, Instagramable burgers and CrazyShakes. They opened their first location in 2015 in New York’s trendy SoHo neighborhood. Since then, they have expanded both domestically and internationally.
One of those locations is on the Las Vegas Strip at The Venetian. When you walk inside the hip and busy restaurant, the music, art, neon lights, and vibe screams New York City.
The burgers, made with smoky, griddled prime or wagyu beef, are over-the-top and unique. This includes The Steak Au Poivre Burger with prime beef, blue cheese, and au poivre sauce. I like The Mexico City Burger. This burger comes with pepper jack cheese, a thick, crunchy onion ring, spicy jalapeños, and smoky chipotle mayo on a sweet fluffy bun.
While expensive, the burgers here are massive and come with French fries. Black Tap is also known for their selection of craft beers and CrazyShake bar. So, if you enjoy burgers, beers, and shakes, then Black Tap is a great choice.

8 – In-N-Out Burger
There is no way I could make a list of the best burgers in Vegas without including In-N-Out Burger.
While you can find locations across the Las Vegas Valley, my favorite In-N-Out Burger location in Las Vegas is at The LINQ Promenade. And while you won’t find a drive-thru, you will find the same great tasting burgers using fresh ingredients.
I always go for their signature Double-Double. As the name implies, this burger includes two meat patties, two slices of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and sauce on a toasted bun. Order your burger “Animal Style” if you want pickles, chopped grilled onions, and an extra serving of In-N-Out’s secret sauce added to your burger or fries.
As for me, I order my Double-Double with two types of onions, fresh and grilled, along with spicy chopped chilis. No matter what you order, including burgers, fries, and shakes, it will be delicious.

Shake Shack is a fast casual chain of burger restaurants founded in New York City in 2004. Since opening, the chain has expanded to over 250 locations around the world. One of those locations can be found at the New York-New York Hotel.
Their signature burger is the ShackBurger, available in a single or double version. This burger is prepared with a freshly ground 100% Angus beef patty, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce served on a fluffy and sweet potato roll. What makes this burger so delicious is the juicy patty, seared to perfection until crispy and charred on the outside.
Other than burgers, Shake Shack is well known for their shakes, crinkle cut fries, and chicken sandwiches. If you have never tried Shake Shack before, give it a try. It gives In-N-Out Burger a run for their money.

10 – The Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge
The Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge is one of my favorite restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. This iconic diner, located north of the Venetian near Resorts World and Circus Circus, dates back to 1972.
Its unique old school interior featuring mirrored ceilings, bright purple and blue upholstered booths, fake trees, and neon lights is worth the visit alone. Portions here are large and the food is hearty, so you will get your money’s worth. You will have leftovers or plan on sharing.
Those looking for a burger will find a great selection of half pound burgers served with fries or potato salad.
If you are hungry, go for the Primal Burger. This burger is massive. It’s made with a seared prime chuck patty, thick bacon, smoked gouda, mushrooms, red onion, over-medium egg, and chipotle aioli on a onion kaiser bun. The smoky patty, thick bacon, melted cheese, and flavorful toasted bun make this one of the best burgers around. And, you can never go wrong with an egg on a burger.

11 – Posh Burger
Located inside the ARIA is Posh Burger, a fast casual burger restaurant. While the menu is small, it has everything from a simple hamburger to a $100 wagyu burger.
On my visits, I like to keep it simple and order the Hamburger. This burger comes with a seared beef patty, ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles on a soft toasted bun. Depending on which burger you order, add-ons cost extra.
For the hamburger, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes are extra but well worth it. I enjoy the combination of juicy patty, fresh crunchy vegetables, and soft bun.
If money is no object, you can order the $100 Posh Royale Burger. This insane burger comes with wagyu beef, truffle, foie gras, gold dust, posh sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
If you are looking for something else, the Posh Burger menu features chicken sandwiches and breakfast.

12 – Wahlburgers
Wahlburgers is a fast casual burger chain founded by actor Mark Wahlberg and his brothers. Founded in 2011, the chain has locations across the US and in Canada, Germany, and Australia. In 2016, a Wahlburgers location opened at the Grand Bazaar Shops outside Bally’s.
The Wahlburgers menu focuses on burgers, shakes, sides, and craft beer. Burger options include a BBQ Bacon Burger, a spicy Fiesta Burger, and the house specialty, The Our Burger.
This burger comes with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes, and Wahl Sauce on a sweet, pillowy bun. I like this burger because it’s simple and doesn’t need fancy ingredients. The fresh ingredients speak for themselves and you can taste the flavors of the beef in each bite. It has everything you need for a great burger.
If you are looking for a fresh, affordable, and underrated burger on the strip, then Wahlburgers is a great choice.

8 – Whataburger
After 40 years, Whataburger, known for its made-to-order burgers, fresh ingredients, and iconic logo, has returned to Las Vegas. The popular fast-food chain opened its new location on the Las Vegas Strip, in front of the Waldorf Astoria.
This new location is large, modern, and upscale with two stories, large televisions, and a patio with incredible views of the Strip. Located within Whataburger is Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse. So, besides burgers, you can order pizza, wings, cocktails, and draft beer along with a full bar.
While more expensive than your typical Whataburger in your city, there are affordable options such as the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger with a 5-inch patty, American cheese, bacon, tomato, onions, and mustard on a soft bun.
And they are open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy a burger here any time of the day or night, including before or after a night of partying.

14 – Bobby’s Burgers
Bobby’s Burgers is the brainchild of celebrity chef Bobby Flay. The inspiration for his restaurant comes from his childhood love of burgers, fries, and shakes. Today, there are three Bobby’s Burgers locations on the Las Vegas Strip (Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, and Paris).
At Bobby’s Burgers, you will find burgers on the menu along with a Fried Chicken Sandwich and Bobby’s Veggie Burger.
The most popular burger on the menu is the Crunchbuger. For this burger you have American cheese, potato chips, and Bobby’s sauce on a fluffy bun. This is not your typical celebrity chef burger. I get it, people don’t want to pay celebrity chef prices for a fast food burger. And, this is why so many people have disappointing experiences here.
But, I enjoy this burger because it’s different. The thick seared patty, melted American cheese oozing out, and the crunchy, rich potato chips is the perfect combination. So, ignore the reviews and try the rich, salty, and satisfying burger for yourself.
What to order: Crunchburger, Brunch Burger
Bobby’s Burgers
Address: 3475 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located inside Harrah’s)
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 10:00AM-12:00AM; Friday-Saturday: 10:00AM-3:00AM
15 – White Castle
The last spot on my list of 15 of the best burgers on the Las Vegas Strip goes to none other than White Castle. There are currently three White Castle locations in Las Vegas. This includes a location on Fremont Street and another on the strip, next to Casino Royale.
Dating back to September 13, 1921, White Castle is the world’s first fast food hamburger chain. Yes, there are better fast food hamburger spots on the Las Vegas Strip. But, there is something special and nostalgic about the sliders at White Castle. This is true whether you buy one or buy em’ by the sack.
My favorite is the Cheese Slider. This tiny burger, made with a 100% beef steam grilled patty, diced onions, salty pickles, and American cheese on a pillowy soft bun, is an American classic.
Other than beef sliders, the White Castle menu offers chicken sliders, fish sliders, and an assortment of sides.
What to order: The Original Slider, Cheese Slider
White Castle
Address: 3411 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (located at Casino Royale)
