I’ve walked past Ketchup Premium Burger Bar at Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas for years, always wanting to try the burgers and happy hour. If you haven’t been to the Miracle Mile Shops before, they offer many affordable food options, including Ocean One, La Salsa Cantina, and Blondies Sports Bar & Grill.
Ketchup Premium Burger Bar was founded by people who love burgers. They set out to create a restaurant with fair prices, fresh ingredients, locally baked buns, and never-frozen certified Angus beef.
The Ketchup Premium Burger Bar menu features American favorites, including signature burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, milkshakes, and more. They’re also popular for their happy hour and food and drink specials.
On my recent visit to Las Vegas, I finally stopped by Ketchup Premium Burger Bar to try the burgers.

Interior of Ketchup Premium Burger Bar
Like many restaurants in the Miracle Mile Shops, Ketchup Premium Burger Bar had an open layout that flowed from the restaurant into the mall, creating an indoor-outdoor feel.
The decor screamed Las Vegas, with bold red accents paired with a tall white ceiling, concrete floors, and bright lights.
The ambiance was lively, with loud, upbeat music playing in the background. It’s not the place you’d go for a quiet dinner date.
Scattered throughout the open dining room were tables. There was also a small counter seating area with metal stools.
Near the front of the restaurant was a large bar with televisions. Most seats offered a great view of visitors walking through the Miracle Mile Shops.
Ketchup Premium Burger Bar Menu
You will find signature burgers, sandwiches, baskets, beverages, and more on the first page of the menu at Ketchup Premium Burger Bar.
There were 16 burger options, including The Western with bacon, onion rings, and hickory ketchup and the Philly Cheeseburger with chopped steak. Other than burgers, there were sandwiches, wraps, and wings.
Under Baskets, you had classic sides, including French fries, tots, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles.
As for drinks, they had fountain sodas and bottled water. If you want alcohol, you’ll need to order it from the bar. The full bar had beer, liquor, and specials, including Bud Light, listed as $4 outside the restaurant but $5 on the menu.
On the menu’s second page, you’ll find hot dogs, french fry creations, milkshakes, spiked milkshakes, and daily specials.
You’ll also find the Ketchup Premium Burger Bar happy hour menu with deals on spiked milkshakes, hot dogs, French fry creations, beers, shots, and cocktails.
Ketchup Premium Burger Bar is a fast-casual spot. When I arrived, I ordered at the counter. After placing my order, the cashier gave me a number placard.
I found a table, set the placard down, and after a few minutes, a friendly worker brought my food over.
Ketchup Classic Burger
While many great burgers were on the menu, I couldn’t pass up the Ketchup Classic Burger special for $6.99. Although the photo doesn’t show just how big the burger was, it turned out to be much larger than I expected.
The burger was simple, made with Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and ketchup. Cheese was an extra $2, but I decided to skip it.
The patty was thick and had a good sear on the outside, adding a smoky component to the burger.
The never-frozen certified Angus beef was fresh and had a great, almost crumbly texture that you can’t get from previously frozen beef. However, I was disappointed that the patty was dry and had no pink in the middle.
Although I ordered it medium-rare, I noticed on the receipt that it said medium-well. Even so, a medium-well burger shouldn’t have been as dry as this one.
There were many toppings including large pieces of crunchy romaine lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, salty yet tender pickles with a crunch, and a thick layer of red onions.
The final component was the bun. Grilled on the inside, it had a light, airy texture you only get with locally baked buns. Despite being light, it held up to the last bite.
In the end, I enjoyed this burger, especially for the price. While the patty was dry on its own, the fresh toppings added enough moisture to almost make me forget how dry it was. Next time, I will order cheese.
French Fries
On the side, I ordered French fries. After all, you can’t have a burger without fries. While I thought the fries were expensive, the portion size was generous.
These fries were simple but served hot and crispy with a salty, smoky seasoning, maybe with some paprika.
At first, I thought the fries weren’t freshly cut. But then I noticed some skin left on the potatoes, so they might have been.
Either way, they were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and paired well with the burger and sauces.
Sauces
One of my favorite things about my visit to Ketchup Premium Burger Bar was their assortment of ketchup. These included hickory, garlic, jalapeño, and sriracha ketchup. There was also a fry sauce.
The sauces paired well with the French fries and the burger, which on its own was dry but much better with the sauces.
On my visit I tried the fry sauce, garlic ketchup and hickory ketchup.
The fry sauce reminded me of a chipotle mayo, except it was thinner and more tangy. The garlic ketchup was simple, just regular ketchup with a garlic flavor.
The most interesting was the hickory ketchup, which had a strong smoky flavor, likely from liquid smoke. While unique, the intense flavor could be off-putting to some.
Service at Ketchup Premium Burger Bar
Ketchup Premium Burger Bar is a fast-casual restaurant, so I ordered at the counter. After I paid, the cashier gave me a number placard to place on my table. After a few minutes, a worker brought my food to the table.
While I had limited interaction with the staff, I found the workers efficient and friendly. They promptly cleaned up after guests left, and my food arrived quickly and accurately.
Conclusion
While there are better burgers on the Las Vegas Strip, I am glad I could finally try Ketchup Premium Burger Bar. It has been on my list of restaurants to try, and even though I am always in Las Vegas, I only found time now.
There were many things I enjoyed about my visit. The $6.99 Ketchup Classic Burger deal was a steal. The fries, while expensive, were delicious. And the happy hour and drink specials were great.
There were a few things I didn’t like. First, I found most of the menu items to be expensive for a fast-casual restaurant. Some burgers cost up to $24 and didn’t even include fries.
Next, I thought the patty was dry. Even though there was a miscommunication when I ordered, the patty was well done.
So, would I return to Ketchup Premium Burger Bar on my next visit to Las Vegas? Yes, I would. I would return for the $6.99 special and the $4 beers. While there were a few issues, the beef and toppings were fresh, and the specials were affordable.
