Posh Burger is a popular restaurant known for its gourmet burgers and sides, located inside the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. One of the great things about Posh Burger is its location on the casino floor, next to the poker room.
Though located in the casino, many visitors to the resort often miss this small burger restaurant. From its location, diners can watch the action on the casino floor, hear the sounds of slot machines, and enjoy some great people-watching.
Since opening in 2021, the fast-casual restaurant has become popular for its burgers, including a $100 burger with wagyu beef and foie gras. But they also have more affordable burger options, chicken sandwiches, and sides.
While I’ve been to Posh Burger a few times, it had been a couple of years since my last visit. With a $10 credit as an MGM Rewards member, I decided to stop by again.

Interior of Posh Burger

While the burgers are great, you can’t beat the location of Posh Burger on the ARIA casino floor, next to the poker room.
Enjoying my burger at a table while overlooking the sounds and action of the casino and poker room was a unique experience. Unlike most burger restaurants, the atmosphere was lively, busy, and fun.
As with many fast-casual restaurants, I ordered at the kiosk or at least tried to order. I had a $10 credit, but due to a miscommunication with the manager, I had trouble using it at the machine.
After a few minutes of confusion, I eventually ordered at the cashier. After paying, I listened for my name and returned to pick up my food.
Next, I found an open seat at one of the surrounding tables overlooking the casino.

Another great thing about Posh Burger was how I could watch the chefs in the open kitchen. I could see them grilling patties and preparing sides. It was cool to watch my food being made right in front of me.
Posh Burger Menu

The Posh Burger menu, displayed on bold television screens above the cashier, was straightforward with burgers, chicken sandwiches, sides, and beverages.
Eight burgers were on the menu, ranging from a simple hamburger to a $100 Posh Royale burger with wagyu beef, truffle, foie gras, and gold dust. The manager told me they sell about six of these burgers a day, primarily to poker players.
The most popular burger was the Double Cheeseburger with posh sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Also popular was the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, and onion rings.
As with more and more places these days, if you want sides like french fries or onion rings, they will cost you extra. They also had the 50/50 with french fries and onion rings, jalapeño tater tots, loaded cheese fries, and a garden salad.
Finally, beverages included soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea, and two types of shakes.
Hamburger

While I would have loved to order the $100 Posh Burger, I kept it simple and went for the Hamburger. The simple burger had a single patty topped with ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. I added American cheese for $1.00.
While I wouldn’t call this a true smashburger, the patty was pressed onto the flattop, resulting in a seared crust with crispy caramelized edges. And it was large, spilling over the edges of the bun.
The meat had a simple, beefy flavor with some richness. There was no pink in the patty, but it was still moist. I can’t say if it was a freshly ground patty, but it tasted high-quality and fresh.
While most burgers come with fancy ingredients, this hamburger kept it simple. It had crisp diced white onions, a generous slather of ketchup and mustard, and tender yet crunchy pickles. I enjoyed the salty flavor of the pickles.
For an extra $1.00, I added a slice of American cheese. Perfectly melted and baked into the beef, the cheese was rich and salty. Without the cheese, the burger would have been on the dry side.
The fluffy bun, lightly grilled on the inside, tasted fresh and seemed locally baked, not something out of a bag. It held up to the last bite without getting soggy.
In the end, this was a simple yet flavorful burger. If you like meat and cheese, you would like it also. But next time, I would order a burger with more toppings.
50/50 (French Fries and Onion Rings)

I couldn’t decide between the french fries and onion rings. Luckily, the 50/50 let me enjoy the best of both worlds.
The french fries were thin, hot, and crispy on the outside while tender on the inside. They were salty, fresh, and perfectly cooked.
The onion rings were just as good as the fries. They were crunchy and golden brown with a crisp texture from breadcrumbs. Each ring was rich but not greasy or soggy. Inside, the onions were tender and flavorful.
But I wish there were more onion rings. While named 50/50, it was more like 75% fries and 25% onion rings.
Posh Sauce and Ranch

To accompany the burgers and 50/50, I ordered a side of Posh Sauce and Ranch.
The Posh Sauce reminded me of a typical burger sauce. It was salty, rich, and garlicky. It also had something crunchy and salty, maybe from pickles or relish.
The ranch was creamy, rich, and salty, with just a hint of dill. It had the perfect thickness and went great with everything, especially the burger. As with the Posh Sauce, I believe this was a homemade ranch.
Service at Posh Burger
As an MGM Rewards member, I had a $10 credit for Posh Burger, which is one of the reasons I visited.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed kiosks for ordering. I checked with the manager to confirm if I should use the kiosk, even with a credit, and he said yes.
After struggling for five minutes and failing to figure out how to use the kiosk with my credit, I finally asked the manager again. He told me I couldn’t use the kiosk for credits and would need to order at the cashier instead.
I was a little frustrated, but it wasn’t a big deal since I wasn’t in a rush. However, there was a miscommunication on the part of the manager.
Other than that, I had no issues during my visit. My food arrived correctly and at the perfect temperature.
Conclusion
I’ve been to Posh Burger a few times during my visits to Las Vegas, and each time, I left satisfied.
While simple, the patty tasted freshly ground. It had a great sear and a rich, beefy flavor. But, even with the added cheese, some people might find this burger too simple.
If you are visiting Posh Burger, I recommend the double cheeseburger or the bacon double cheeseburger. They come with extra toppings, including lettuce, tomato, and onion, for only a few extra dollars.
But when you add sides and drinks, the price can add up, especially if you order one of the more expensive burgers. However, the prices are relatively reasonable compared to other burgers on the Las Vegas Strip.
While there are better spots for burgers on the Las Vegas Strip, Posh Burger is an excellent option for those looking for a casual dining spot with elevated burgers that won’t break the bank.
That is unless you order the $100 burger.
